Hello and welcome! I'm Jordan Keith Dobbins, an impassioned actor, singer, and composer devoted to the craft of live performance. My love for the stage is matched only by my dedication to the arts, honed over two decades of rich, diverse experiences in California's vibrant local theater scene. From the complex melodies of musical theater to the riveting dramas of classical works, I have explored the gamut of stage performance, earning accolades and a deep connection with audiences along the way.
A Chorus of Accolades
Choral music is another realm where I've found my voice, literally and figuratively. I've performed in prestigious festivals, conferences, and competitions worldwide as a Tenor with the Riverside City College Chamber Singers and Vocal Jazz Ensemble, including the American Choral Directors Association both regional and national conferences in 2010 and 2011, the National Collegiate Choral Organization national conferences in 2011 and 2015, California All State Music Educators Conference in 2016, and international choral competitions and festivals in South Korea, Austria, and Russia.
A Foundation in Education and Skills
My academic background includes a BA in Marketing from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a focused study of Vocal Performance at Riverside City College, where I trained under esteemed conductor John Byun and vocal coaches Rebecca Tomlinson and Eric Rae. My abilities extend beyond the stage with skills in choral conducting, stage combat, carpentry, and audio engineering—each contributing to my comprehensive approach to live performance.
